Worst McDonald's I've had the displeasure of visiting. Waited roughly 7 minutes for a 10 piece chicken nugget, 2 Big Macs, and 3 large fries. The fries were lukewarm and soggy at best so we requested new fries. Both Big Macs were assembled incorrectly (bun, bun, burger, burger, condiments, bun) so those were sent back as well. The manager gave us a coupon for a free Big Mac at that particular store, but I fear the coupon won't be utilized as we won't be returning. The store was disgusting and I will post pictures as proof. Though the store was certainly not busy (for obvious reasons), tables were sticky and littered with trash. The ketchup dispenser had hair stuck on it and the women's bathroom had no toilet paper and a broken hand drier. The soda dispenser was out of Coke Zero, and instead of replacing the syrup, they put an out of order sign on the machine. Finally, the ice cream machine was broken, so nobody could order ice cream. We plan on calling the Palos Health Department on Monday to report this place.

Stay away if you care about yourself. As if you need to be reminded that this is cheap fast food. Expect this place to close soon. Bad food, bad attitudes. Fries? More like grease sticks.

Worst shamrock shake ever! Stopped by to get my annual shake and received a watery half full "shake." The child working the drive thru simply said, "That's how they're coming out man." PS I'm a woman! The shake looked like water with green food coloring with a pathetic amount of whipped cream on top. Despite expressing my concern about the quality of my order, the worker seemed unphased by my dissatisfaction and walked away as I stayed parked outside the window. I then parked my car and went inside to return my "shake" and the manager seemed shocked! No one apologized and they acted as though I was troubling them. In conclusion .. Worst shamrock shake ever! Not to mention horrible costumer service!

I wish they would fire the entire staff and start over. They can't operate 2 drive in lanes properly, can't tell the difference between diet and regular coke, and not one if them, including the managers like their job which is very obvious in the service. Not to mention that rarely is your entire order correct.

Horrible terrible service! If you need something fast, as in under 20 minutes, don't count on this McDonald's! Anytime, day, night, lunch, breakfast, service is always slow, order needs to.be repeated at least 3 or.4 times, and still they get it wrong! Disrespectful and neglectful staff....I've never ever been treated worse in any fast food place. I hate complaining about this kind of stuff since I work as a waitress and I know how it is, but I've never received worse service in my life. I live 2 blocks from this "fast" food place, but I have to resort to going ANYWHERE but there. Please save yourself the trip and the aggravation of dealing with these low class high school.drop outs. If I could give zero stars,I would.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to I ordered my food and got the wrong food then I was watching the person in the back making the food and he started scratching his self between his legs and then start to make the food I said I do not want this and told a manager why and I walked out I will never eat at this McDonald's again

Many mornings during the week, I make a quick stop at this location just to order an iced tea. For the most part (and depending on what time you get there), the service is very fast & accurate. I mainly wanted to write to give a shout out to the 2nd-window employee who works most of the morning shifts. He always has a huge smile on his face and is one of the friendliest people! I'm hoping one of his managers or district managers sees this so they know how awesome of a job he's doing. Thanks for making me smile every morning!

I wish we could give zero stars. Why doesn't McDonalds intervene at this franchise? Owners name & number no longer posted. Awful service, no matter what you order or what time of day you have to "pull forward to the door". Yesterday took the cake 5 cars in front of me had to "pull forward". I left. Will not return

If could give it a ZERO for a rating I would. EVERY single time I go they mess up my order. I called several times & they say "the coupons are in the mail". I've been waiting over a year still. By now they probably owe me close to $30 in forgotten food. Last summer my frappe had some type of chemical in it. I took a sip when I got home & my mouth burned & it tasted like I had a bar of soap in my mouth. I called to let them know before they served anyone else and got a "sorry that happened" and they took my number. The next day they called to take a incident repor & they never even offered to reimburse me! I always wait excessive amounts of time. Last fall I asked (when they told me to pull to spot 2) how long it would be because I had to pick my son up in 20 minutes from preschool....they said "just a few minutes" I had to leave with out my food because 18 minutes had passed. 18 MINUTES waiting for a coffee and yogurt parfait. This is the most unorganized joke of a McDonalds.

I have tried to like this McDonalds, but I have the same issues every time I have gone there. I live so close, that even thought I swear I'm not going there, in weak moments of needing hot and fast food, I have given in to weakness. And Every Time, I am dissapointed. This last time, I am truly done. I ordered a thai chicken wrap in the double drive through. I heard the car next to me order the same thing. I paid first, and then I got the kiss of death in this store. Please pull forward. I have had this happen, for kids nuggets or other easy things, and have had to wait 5 minutes. I got scared, I should have asked for a refund at that point. But it was late, and I was starving. After 5 minutes, someone finally came out of the store. (the car with the same order had pulled up next to me by this point) She asked me if I had the wrap without garlic. I said no, I think that is the car next to me. So she gave the order to them and they left. 5 minutes later, still no food. What do I do? I call and Ask. Sorry ma'am it is coming right out. But why did the car behind me get their food before me? I don't know but they are walking out with your food right now. .......But liar, they never did. 20 minutes after I order (no lie, that's what the receipt said) I call back, where is my food? I was a bit irate at this point in time. How can it take 20 minutes? You said my food was walking out the door, but other people are getting food and I still am not. It's coming, I'm sorry etc. I figured by this point they would be spitting in my food, so i just left. I watched the door while I waited for traffic to clear and be able to leave the store. I looked as I drove by 25 MINUTES after I order and STILL NO FOOD! Never ever again, this is officially the WORST Mc Donalds I have ever been to. I have not had a good experience at this store since 1990. No joke.

Worst service ever. First they tell us we can't do two separate transactions.... Even though I've done this at EVERY MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO. So then they tell us we can do two cards in the same order - and we get to the window and he tells us oh sorry you can't use two separate cards. WHAT. Can you make a drive thru anymore complicated??? Just ring up a drink on two separate transactions. And my sweet tea is watery. And they were rude. Don't go here. Worst mcdonalds ever.

Ok, well I have given this location a try more than a few times now, and needless to say, nothing has changed. Each time I have gone here, I order a small three piece order, mainly the combo with the quarter pounder. It comes with a drink and some fries. Sounds pretty simple. I pay at the window, then proceed to the next window where they hand me the drink and ask me to "Please pull ahead and we will bring it to you. Thanks." REALLY? For a hamburger and a fry?! Waited over five minutes for someone to bring it out. Meanwhile, I have all these people waiting behind me getting frustrated at me because of where I was told to park, and them having to go around me. It's just ridiculous. I can see if I ordered something out of the ordinary, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone here, I get that same shpeel. The service is horrible and the people just do not seem to care how long you wait for a burger and a fry. It needs better organization if you ask me.

I thought the McDonald's where I work at was the worst location that I have eaten at, but this one wins the award. The place is super slow and the employees looks like its there first day on the job. I had a two for coupon, which I also mentioned to the cashier when placing my order. He turns around and gives me one sandwich, what don't you get? The food is horrible even for McDonald's standards and is just slopped together. And I really enjoyed the bugs crawling around the floor.
